Withdrawal
As you can also see in detail in our general terms and conditions and our cancellation policy , you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Linen & Quince UG (limited liability), Thomas-Mann-Straße 27, 07743 Jena, by means of a clear declaration, by e-mail to support@linenquince.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model revocation form or another clear declaration on our website. Please use this revocation form for this purpose.
Return of goods
After we have confirmed your revocation, please return the goods received from us immediately or within 14 days to the return address stated on the delivery note. If you have received goods in different packages, please note that the return address may differ. The goods must be returned to the respective addresses.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
If you have cancelled your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to your original means of payment. This can take 1-7 days, depending on the payment method and payment service provider. The refund will be issued as soon as we have received and inspected the goods.
